Eat food from the concession stand at your own risk. The theaters themselves are equally disgusting and a breeding ground for germs.
The bathrooms are filthy and generally lack soap. An accommodation was requested and refused, although this customer was visibly disabled. Once they made a severely handicapped woman walk way out of her way to access her theater, simple because they didn’t want to pay a ticket taker that day and had the normal entrance to the various theaters blocked off. When you request handicapped seats, that’s not always what you are given, even when the theater is empty. When people complained they begrudgingly put back a few. They removed most of the benches in the lobby/waiting areas to put up coming attraction advertisements. Customer service is a joke and a very bad one at that. If you are aged or handicapped save your money this theater is very insensitive to your needs.
